THE HOUSE

Desire with provenance.

Māvārā is a fine jewelry house founded by Iranian designer Shahrzad Elsayed. Ancient Persian codes, recast as modern seduction.

In Persian culture, gold is not just adornment. It is a rite. Traditionally, small 24k pieces are placed on newborns as protection, blessing, and their first anchor into the world. That belief in permanence never left me.

Rosette 0.1 began with childhood Nowruz trips to Shiraz. We visited the remains of Apadana, surrounded by monumental columns. I got tired of looking up. At eye level, carved into stone, I kept seeing the same flower again and again. When I think of Apadana, I do not remember the grandeur first. I remember that rosette.

At Māvārā, we design modern heirlooms in solid gold and high-quality silver, sculptural forms built for daily closeness and long life.

A modern heirloom, carved from an ancient code.

“Materials matter. Weight, conductivity, and texture speak to the nervous system. What touches the skin should be honest, and worth keeping.”

-Shahrzad Elsayed, Founder
